Account password reset

Learn how to reset your SIMVANA password

Visit the SIMVANA Password Recovery page to reset your password:

https://portal.simvana.com/authentication/password-recovery

  1. Enter the email used for your SIMVANA account and click Request Recovery code. 

  2. The window will request a one-time recovery code. Do not close the window. If the window is closed, you must restart the process again.

  3. In another browser window, check your email for a one-time code. The code may take a few minutes to arrive. Also, don't forget to check your spam folder if it doesn't show up in your inbox. 

  4. Enter the one-time code in the password-recovery window. Click Submit Code.
  5. Enter your new password, then click Reset Password. 

Your password has been reset. Try and log in to the portal to see if the new password works.
